When to order and send your wedding invitations

RSVP - allow 1 - 2 months after the send date to allow enough time to hand out invitations and receive RSVPs in order to plan seating charts and any additional on-the-day stationary
A Note on Wedding Stationary
Save the date cards can be sent out as early as one year from your wedding date.
Local wedding invitations should be sent to your guests at least 2 -3 months in advance of your wedding.
Destination wedding invitations should be sent to your guests at least 2 -4 months in advance of your wedding.

It is not recommended that your formal wedding invitations are sent more than 8 months in advance as they may get lost or your preference concerning friends or family may change.

Meraki Aesthete Designs takes 2 -3 weeks to process wedding invitation orders once a design is finalized and the deposit has been paid. Please bare this in mind when placing an order.
​
We do suggest to order more invitations than necessary for any last-minute additional guests, as well as an extra invitation to keep as a souvenir for the bridal couple and one for the photographer to capture.

Collect some ideas that you would like to share with us to give us an idea of what you are looking for.

GET IN TOUCH
Complete the questionnaire for the desired invites in the Shop section, upload some of your ideas and any other information you think we need to know and we will be in contact with you for design work, etc.

QUOTATION
Once you are happy with the design and you have all the elements you would want in your invites we will send you a formal quotation. Once proof of payment is received, we will begin with your order.
PRODUCTION
Once all artwork has been proof read and you are happy, we will begin production of your order. This can take 2 - 4 weeks depending on your requirements.
